    Leadership is the "hot topic" of this year. In order to compete in today’s business climate, every contributor needs to be proficient in Leadership skills. This series of workshops is custom designed to aim at every level of leadership in the organization. The topics covered include: competencies of leadership, the maturity domain of leaders, developing your own and other’s talent, improving accountability and motivation, strategic big-picture thinking, the coach approach to leading, and the art of delegation.

    The fundamental principles behind this training is that the more involved people are in planning their future growth and the more worthwhile they feel, the greater the potential for productivity. We focus on the skills of effective written documentation, active listening, constructive feedback and goal setting and we emphasize that performance management is a continuous process. Your organization's process and appraisal forms will be used in discussions, role plays and case studies.

    This seminar focuses on moving from a reactive to a proactive mode with regard to managing projects. The DISC instrument is a highly effective and very engaging methodology which leaves participants with clarity about their own behavioral tendencies, how to use those tendencies to their advantage and how to meet others in different behavioral styles in order to build rapport and strong working relationships.
