CORPORATE COACHING
Partnering to Maximize Potential
KTD coaches bring the ability to quickly understand the
language, dynamics, processes and culture of client organizations.
Our coaching has helped people at all levels in the organization
build on their talent and strengths and neutralize "blind spots"
that can compromise results and hinder success.
One-to-one coaching is often the most
direct way to effect change. By establishing a trusting partnership
with a KTD Coach, professionals gain personal insight, set clear goals
and commit to action. With consistent follow-up and feedback the
client is equipped and motivated to systematically overcome challenges and
enhance performance.
The Process: Clients typically meet
with a KTD coach on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis either in
person or on the telephone. A variety of methods and exercises are
used, including behavioral assessments, 360° feedback tools, shadow
coaching and reading materials (see products and
resources). Both the organization and the
individual benefit from the coaching partnership.
Coaching clients can expect to:
- Boost self-awareness of how they come across to
clients and colleagues
- Clarify priorities and values
- Enhance personal insight and professionalism
- Commit to action and be held accountable
- Build on talents and strengths
- Neutralize "blind spots" that can compromise

in which to explore ideas and analyze challenges
- Develop skill sets such as:
- Leadership

- Conflict Resolution
- Time Management

"The individualized coaching sessions have provided
staff with an outlet for their interpersonal frustrations. Previously,
management spent many hours each week mediating employee issues.
Remarkably, since the individualized coaching sessions began,
management has been called upon to resolve virtually no interpersonal
staff disputes. Coincidence? I think not."
- Susan Sims, V.P., Aetna U.S. Healthcare
