With over 17 years of experience consulting with Fortune 100, mid and small size organizations, KTD is dedicated to delivering professional development initiatives that offer solutions. We will diligently learn your organization’s culture, carefully consider the results you are pursuing and then will create training and coaching programs that will effect positive, concrete changes.


Julie Kassalow Norris, Esquire, ACC is President of Kassalow Training & Development and is based in Ann Arbor and Detroit, Michigan. Her clients include organizations in the automotive, pharmaceutical, financial services, education, legal and health care industries. See client list.

Julie has been awarded the International Coach Federation's Associate Certified Coach credential, an affirmation of high standards of professionalism and competence in the service of coaching clients. She serves as Chair of Education for the International Coach Federation's Ethics & Standards committee and sits on the Executive Board of the Professional Coaches Association of Michigan (PCAM)

Prior to consulting, Julie practiced law in the fields of employment law, constitutional law and civil rights.

Sandra K. Kassalow is the Founder of Kassalow Training & Development and is based in New York City and Sarasota, Florida. Sandra functions as consultant to corporate, non-profit, educational and professional organizations. Sandra specializes in mid-life strategies and instructs the cutting-edge course "The Next Chapter - Transitioning From Your Present World of Work". See Training Solutions. She is also a facilitator for the "2 Young 2 Retire course", offered to individuals and to organizations who are downsizing and/or providing retirement packages for their personnel. She has been a visiting lecturer at universities and a guest speaker at organizational and professional meetings. Sandra has been interviewed for magazine articles and The New York Times and has appeared on videos, radio and TV.
